No, that's not a misspelling. This isn't a post about geoducks. I know you're heartbroken, but try to move on.
Anyway, here is a picture of my lovely new shelves. There's only two right now, but Mister is talking about adding a third. They'll hold my food processor, little baskets of cooking tools, and my cookbooks. Not all my foodie books, of course - for example, my French Laundry/Bouchon set would break those shelves, and it's not like I have anywhere near the skills to cook like Keller. Also, my boss has borrowed them for the moment. (He's actually eaten at the Laundry, lucky sod.) Also, there's only room, really, for the books I need while cooking - my other food-related books still live on my "coolest books ever" bookcase. But this will make it much easier and more convenient to bake - and do other cooking too, when I get back into that groove.
