A while back, Littlest got a yen to make a cake. He looked up a recipe online and made a pretty damn good cake from scratch, all by himself.
Today, I came home from work to find he'd made cinnamon cupcakes, also from scratch, with lemon frosting. (Not scratch.) They're goooood.
I may have a future pastry chef here.
(And the "shake" part in the title of this post? He took some of that leftover unflavored gelatin and made Knox Blocks with some pomegranate juice we had in the fridge. Yummmm.)
